with beautiful flowers from lovely people who came to watch my hall production--Remember Papa.

haha i always felt funny saying it.

Thank you to Ranneth, Jenna, Eug, Ron, Joyce, Jo, Ben, Freda, Charlotte, Luke, Bren, Jeremy and Gomes for coming down to support me while i malued myself and sang slightly off-key. :p

nonetheless i'm glad you all found it pretty okay anyway! or maybe you were just being polite (x but anyway i did my best, i hope it was good enough! =)

but i guess after all of it was over, i feel quite glad i was a part of it.
and playing the role of the dead mother really let me see many things.
not only about the dynamics of the family depicted and my character, but my own family as well.

i never actually realised some things until the actual day, on those last two rehearsals when i sat backstage during my rest scenes and watched the rest of the play unfold.

anyway, later on i moved the vase to the dining table. got some nice pictures of the flowers but am too lazy to share with you. heh.

next thing that happened (ok fine it happened two days earlier) was Inter-Hall Dance competition!

and guess what,

we won! :D

hahaha.
i'm definitely relieved that our efforts have paid off.. we worked really hard and much longer than most of the other teams, i'd say, and for us it was tougher coordinating our team cuz there were twelve of us. so i'm immensely proud of all of us...

the two humungous things that consumed my entire week.

and this week?

first of all was breakfast with constance on monday... thanks dear for wanting so much to come down to support me as well at hall prod... and i'm so sorry you got scolded by your parents for it! :( anyway when the video comes out perhaps i'll let you watch it so that fourteen bucks would've come to something :) catching up with you was really good nonetheless! (:

after that i walked with her to j8 and i did a little shopping, followed by a lazy night spent with eug.

Tuesday i met alex briefly to pass her a note. :p
then i met charly for awhile to catch up and erm, "study" together at vivo. :D hahaha it was definitely good though! =) and in the middle of it all i was highly angry at myself because in the morning my sister forgot to take my keys out of her bag before going out, so that and my ipod were with her :( also my phone died halfway before i met charly so i had to make anonymous calls through strangers' handphones and payphones, finally resorting to sending a voicemail message and praying she would hear it. hur. lucky she did though! :D

after that i headed back into hall for Unific Steamboat! it was a celebratory gathering and i definitely had an awesome time... good food, great company and we spent the night in the dance studio eating watermelon, playing Polar Bear, and catching up in Shun Min & Li Xuan's room. (:

wednesday morning, wanfong and i rushed back home, and she gave me a really sweet thank you card!

met yiling in the afternoon for P.S. I Love You and caught up after the show at J. Co. =D

PS I Love You was a really really really really good show. and hilary swank is just so gorgeous and toned it's just not fair. hahahaha. but seriously... i cried so much watching it that afternoon.

and i felt it was so good that i decided to take eug to watch it a second time... and he agrees with me too! (: that was after a quick dinner at The Indulge, this restaurant in the Cathay basement. food was good though!

chicken chop and mushroom fusilli with chicken. portions were just right (a bit too small for eugene though?) and served on cool-shaped dishes! haha.

but anyway seriously eug, we've got to start eating at cheaper places.

so hmm after wed. hey that's today! uh, yesterday.

thursday was mostly spent lazing around because i woke up at twelve, ate lunch at i think either 12:30 or 1, then spent four plus hours panicking over the 204 assignment. after that i decided to head down to the arts house gallery to check out the Dance Me Through the Dark exhibition, which ended today (okay, yesterday).

It was awesomely beautiful! the photographer took pictures of SDT dancers, and i love the photos. there was this effect that he did, where he lined up about 15-20 small pictures of female dancers, one in each photo, and stuck them as invisible stickers on small rectangles of glass... but i guess i like the concept behind every work of art, it's just rather fascinating to imagine how he/she managed to weave everything together under just one common theme.

later on i joined some CS friends at Timbre--gosh i still can't believe i SANG AT TIMBRE!!!
hahaha. sounds and feels so surreal even though i guess it may not be a big thing. hahaha.

but anyway we had quite a lot of fun! just that now i'm more doomed for my assignments than ever... gah.

righto i think i dont' really hv anythign left to say so i'll jsut sign off here now... i'm getting quite tired anyway haha.
